Red Ridge Web — ABN 21 101 109 783 — Effective 29 September 2026

These terms apply when you sign up for any Red Ridge Web plan. By paying for a plan, you agree to them. "We", "us" and "Red Ridge Web" mean Ellis Paterson, sole trader, trading as Red Ridge Web. "You" means the business signing up.

1. What we provide

Depending on your plan, we design, host and maintain a website for your business and provide connected tools such as contact forms, online booking, missed-call text-back, review requests, SMS and email messaging, and a shared inbox. Your plan's inclusions are listed at checkout or in writing when you sign up.

2. Your subscription

Plans are billed monthly in advance, in Australian dollars.

There is no minimum term or lock-in contract.

Your plan renews automatically each month until you cancel.

3. Payments

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details.

If a payment fails, we will contact you and retry. If it stays unpaid for 14 days, we may pause your services until the account is up to date.

We may change our prices with at least 30 days' written notice. You can cancel before the new price applies.

We are not currently registered for GST, so no GST is included in or added to our prices.

4. Cancelling

You can cancel at any time by emailing [email protected] or contacting us directly.

Cancel before your next billing date and you will not be charged again. Your services continue until the end of the month you have already paid for.

5. Refunds

We do not offer refunds for months already paid, including partial months. Nothing in these terms excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If a service we provide has a major failure, you may be entitled to a remedy.

6. Ownership of your website

The website, its design, templates, code and the software it runs on are provided as part of your subscription and remain the property of Red Ridge Web.

If you cancel, your website and connected tools will be taken offline at the end of your paid period.

You always own your own content: your business name, logo, photos, text you supply, and your customer contact details. On request after cancelling, we will give you a copy of your contact list and the content you supplied.

Your domain name stays yours if it is registered in your name.

7. Your responsibilities

Provide accurate information and content you have the right to use (for example, photos you own or have permission for).

Only send SMS and email marketing to people who have agreed to receive it, and honour opt-out requests. This is required under the Spam Act 2003.

Do not use the services for anything unlawful, misleading or harmful.

Keep any login details we give you secure.

8. Third-party platforms

Our services are built on third-party platforms, including GoHighLevel, Stripe and Google. We are not responsible for outages, changes or pricing decisions made by those providers, but we will do our best to minimise any impact on you. Usage-based costs such as SMS or call charges may be passed on where your plan says so.

9. Availability and results

We aim to keep your website and tools running at all times, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We do not guarantee any particular number of leads, sales, rankings or reviews.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits or lost business opportunities. This does not limit any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.

11. Ending the agreement

We may suspend or end your services if you break these terms, do not pay, or use the services unlawfully. Where reasonable, we will give you notice and a chance to fix the issue first.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will let you know of any significant changes by email at least 30 days before they apply.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia.
