Billing information. When you pay for our Services, your card details are entered directly with our payment provider, Stripe. We do not see or store your full card number. See Stripe's privacy policy.

Business content and data. To build and run your website, we collect content you give us, such as your business description, logo, photos, service details, reviews and your customer contact lists.

Login and technical information. If you have a login to our platform, some login details may be stored in a cookie on your device. If you report a technical problem, we may collect basic information such as your browser and device type to help fix it.

Analytics information. When you visit our website, we may collect standard information through cookies and similar tools, such as your browser type, IP address, pages viewed and links clicked.

Location. We do not collect your real-time location.

Our portfolio. With your permission, we may show your business name, logo and website in our portfolio and marketing. You can ask us to remove it at any time.

Your representatives. To someone you have authorised to act for you.

Business transfer. If Red Ridge Web is sold or merged, your information may be transferred to the new owner, who must continue to protect it under this policy. We will let you know if this happens.

6. Where your information is stored

Some of our service providers store information on servers outside Australia, including in the United States. Information may also pass through other countries while in transit online. We use reputable providers with industry-standard security to protect it.

7. Our clients' customers

When we build websites, forms and messaging for our clients, the information their customers submit belongs to that client. We store and process it on their behalf, and we do not use it for our own purposes. Each client is responsible for how they use their customers' information.

8. Keeping your information secure

We store information in secure, password-protected systems and give access only to those who need it to deliver the Services.

9. How long we keep it

We keep your information while your account is active and for as long as needed to provide the Services or meet legal and tax obligations. If you cancel and ask us to delete your information, we will do so within a reasonable time. Some information may remain in backups for a short period before it is removed.
